Zambian priest blames arrest of gays in Africa on U.S. conservatives
The blood of African gays is on U.S conservatives–lies have consequences and people die. African gays being arrested are God's people too.

This week, the Ugandan parliament passed an anti-gay bill that punishes certain acts of homosexuality with life in prison. Dr. Kapya Kaoma, an Episcopal priest from Zambia, believes that those responsible for the bill are “U.S. conservatives.” He singles out two evangelicals named Scott Lively and Lou Angle. (Update: He probably means Lou Engle.)
I can blame Uganda for the anti-gay Bill, but the culprits are Scott Lively and Lou Angle who lied to Africans about" the gay agenda."

On the one hand, anti-gay conservatives are fringe. On the other hand, they are so powerful that two obscure anti-gay evangelicals have the entire Ugandan legislature in the palms of their hands!
