This announcement, made on Thursday is the first news that the public has heard since November 20, 2021,, in the time that Casa Bonita announced it had hired three times James Beard nominated Denver Chef Dana Rodriguez to lead the kitchen.

It’s been a long wait , too. The park was shut down in March 2020, due to COVID-19. The “South Park” creators bought the venue in September 2021.  When will Casa Bonita re-open?
