Will Bob Costas freak out about this US figure skater’s gun holster? [pics]

It’s possible NBC sportscaster Bob Costas will have his one good eye on other things — like noted peacemaker Vladimir Putin — but you just know he’ll be itching to weigh in on this costume worn by pairs figure skater Simon Shnapir.

Shnapir and his pairs partner, Marissa Castelli, skated to music from “Skyfall” when they earned the pairs title at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships in January. And yes, he was wearing one of those oh-so-horrifying holsters.
