At today’s Benghazi hearing, Assistant Secretary of State for Diplomatic Security Greg Starr testified that there are no plans to implement certain security recommendations that were made following the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi.

Additionally, Starr was asked why then-Secretary of State Clinton didn’t take responsibility for security. His answer?

“No comment sir” says Starr when Gowdy asks why Sec. of State didn’t take responsibility for security

"No Comment" from the Gregory Starr about #SecretaryOfState #Hillary doing her job required by an ARB to keep our people safe. #GoGowdy

Starr falls on his sword, says that he is ultimately responsible for security

At least he didn’t say “what difference does it make?”

"No comment, sir" is the new "aw hell no I'm not painting a target on my back!" #Benghazi
