Oh yes. He said that. President Obama uttered that remark in his echo-filled (and befuddling hot mess) of a speech Wednesday night. Right after he said “ISIL is not Islamic.” And before he then blathered about Ebola or something.

Quick Twitter users pointed a little something out to the president, who apparently has his head in the sand always.
