Hundreds of residents learned last week how the upcoming construction project at U.S. 6 and 19th Street –; which will create a pedestrian-and-car bridge over U.S. 6 between downtown Golden and Lookout Mountain–; will affect traffic flow and for how long.
The Jan. 28 meeting atFossil Trace Golf Clubincluded two presentations and time for questions about the Linking Lookout project. For those who could not attend, the meeting is available on the city of Golden’s website, www.LinkingLookout.com. Residents also can receive up-to-date information on the same website or call the Linking Lookout hotline at 303-277-8777. The hotline will have notifications via recorded message, but people may leave a message. Messages will be answered within 24 hours, city staff said.
Linking Lookout can also be followed on Twitter, the city will post announcements on its Facebook page and people can sign up for the city’s weekly online newsletter.
