Golden Elks give American flag

Americanism State Elks Association Chairman Jeannette Rogers gave all 55 Lodges in Colorado an American Flag and charged them to give it to someone in their community and take a picture to send back to her.  Shortly after returning from the quarterly Mick McManus called me and ask if we could help him with a new Flag for the Buffalo Rose in Downtown Golden.  Today, May 19,2016, ER Rex Peters and myself went to present him with the new flag and took a picture by the buffalo outside the Buffalo Rose with the Welcome to Golden sign in the background.  He was very impressed and said he really appreciated the Golden Elks helping him out like this.
