Colorado Railroad Museum Your February Telegrapher

February is starting in a cloud of snow. It’s a great opportunity for photographers!

In this month’s issue, you’ll see that we’re offering some great opportunities to engage at the Museum:

  • Taking a behind the scenes tour with me showing you some of my favorite areas that are rarely seen by the general public.
  • our new exhibit Trains in Literature explores how trains have been important elements in a variety of literary genres for generations.
  • A new book club that meets monthly!
  • New season of Rails and Cocktails, beginning with Black History Month and featuring my old friend and historian Sid Wilson.
  • Work Day – get your hands dirty as we prepare to host the ATRRM (Association of Tourist Railroads & Railroad Museums) Spring Conference in April.
  • Volunteering – You’ll meet our new Events Manager/Volunteer Coordinator who eager to expand our volunteer program.
  • You’ll also meet Marcie Miller, our new Development Director!

It is an exciting time at the Colorado Railroad Museum where we bring Colorado Railroad history to life! See you soon!

Cheers!
Donald
